  • What is your refund policy?
    We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 30 days and we'll be happy to issue you a full refund.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards! For Enterprise orders meeting a minimum we also accept bank transfers.
  • Can I pay for others?
    Yes, when you add Business, Project or Family Sections you can pay for any members you add. Any tracks they create outside of the Business or Project that you own will be theirs and only theirs.
  • Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
    We do! Anyone providing relief to the less fortunate, the disabled, freedom fighters, environmental activists, and more are eligible. Let us know more here!
  • What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
    You're free to make change at anytime! When you do, your current plan will last until the end of your billing cycle. You will then be asked to choose tracks you would like to keep active in your Basic Account. We will store your full mix for 1 year from your last login date.
  • What if I want multiple LifeMixes?
    With LifeMix 360°, you can create as many LifeMixes as you wish. If you would like to manage other peoples LifeMixes you can use LifeMix Connect, which will be available in Q4 2021. Interested in testing before? Contact us here!
